Overall 65 people have joined the international category this year: 19 of them were competing individually, but we also had 14 teams of 2-5 people each (with 46 members in all the teams together). Registered competitors came from Hungary (26), Germany (7), Austria (5), Slovakia (4), USA (4), Peru (3), Croatia (2), Czechia (2), Norway (2), Sweden (2), Australia (1), France (1), Israel (1), Italy (1), Spain (1), Switzerland (1), UK (1) and Vietnam (1).
As in the last year, the individual competitors and the teams received the same set of tasks, but competed on separate leaderboards. (This form was already present in the Hungarian categories before, where the team competition for schools was the original form, and the game was opened for adults competing alone about the same time on national and international level.)
Of the 19+14 registered competitors, 10 individuals and all 14 teams have submitted their solutions for the first round, and 5+10 completed all five rounds of the competition. We understand that five monthly rounds take up a lot of time, and appreciate the work of all competitors, who started this journey, and especially the perseverance of all finishers. Here we present you the final scores achieved by those who have completed at least four of the five rounds.
This article is decorated with examples of the beautiful artworks we have received as creative solutions during this competition. Two other such pictures were published in the Summer 2025 issue of our magazine, the Lassi Laurië (click here to download), and we hope to show you still more of these in the future.

Special mentions:
The Sea elven maidens team finished with the 3rd best quiz results (90%) among the team competitors.
The Celebrimbor’s Apprentices team achieved the 2nd best scores in the creative challenges among the team competitors (with tie for the best creative scores in the 1st round).
(There was officially no quiz and creative sub-competitions for teams, as teams were expected to solve all the tasks, while individuals could choose to do only the quiz or only the creative part.)
We congratulate all your achievements,
and hope to see you again in next year’s competition!
